As we head into the Winter season we take a look at what has been happening at Oakwood Estates, and what to expect in the upcoming months.

Close to the M25 and M4, Iver is in the centre of a variety of fantastic Transportation Methods. Heathrow is under 10 miles away but the town is currently unaffected by the busy flight path noise. Offering open country side and large woodland parks, it is not surprising that Iver continues to be a strong area in the property market with prices continuously increasing.

As quoted in the Guardian Newspaper, Our Sales Manager Edward Godfrey, puts the price rises down to an influx of people swooping on investment properties, as well as first-time buyers priced out of London. A two-bedroom flat in Richings Park would cost about &250,000 to &275,000, while a four-bedroom Thirties semi would cost &600,000 to &650,000. The area’s “Millionaires Row” is Wood Lane, which is lined with mansions that cost about &3 million.

 

 

 


 



New members join the Lettings Team!

Paul is 24 years old and lives in Windsor. Coming from an Online Sales Executive role, he joined our team in July and is thoroughly enjoying the fast paced environment of the Lettings field. Being a football enthusiast, Paul plays for two teams in his spare time. He also is a keen fisherman, and enjoys socialising.  

Feisal has joined the team after having worked in the Vehicle Industry as a Sales Executive. He is 22 years old, very determined and self-motivated and is enjoying the Lettings Side of Oakwood Estates. Feisal lives in Uxbridge and In his spare time enjoys keeping fit with Taekwondo, and socialising with Family and Friends.

Christmas Fayre with the Old Windsor Pre-School

Held in the Old Windsor Memorial Hall, join the Village residents on Saturday 7th November between 1-4pm for an afternoon of fun filled activities such as visitng Santa's Grotto, stalls, games, lucky dip and tombola's. Enjoying homemade cakes, bidding tables, Toys and much more.
