Whats happening in 2015?

With a new year comes a new start for many people. Find out what's happening in 2015 at Oakwood Estates and within the industry. Within this years first edition we introduce you to some new faces, divulge in to estate agents removing their stock from ZOOPLA and discuss the market in place.  You can also find out 'What's Hot' this month in the world of Sales and listen to 'Property Matter with Oakwood Estates' on Time 106.6FM.

Check to see if your property is on ZOOPLA

The importance to check where your property is being exposed is more important now then ever before. Our ethos has always been 'more exposure guarantees better prices.' The likelihood is that the agents who reduce their expenditure when it comes to marketing your property stand to secure a weaker rental or sale price. On top of this there is a concern regarding the speed a buyer or new tenant can be established. Again less exposure will most likely equal a longer wait when renting or selling. If your agent has reduced their exposure and in turn the marketing budget being spent on your property, then surely you have the right to a cheaper fee!
