As we enter the final quarter of 2014!

Its been an exciting 2014 with introduction of the Governments Help to Buy Scheme at the beginning of year followed by the more recent Mortgage Market Review (MMR) which provided further food for thought for Lenders. We look to have a busy final quarter with the Summer Holidays over and the phones buzzing with valuations and plenty of viewings.

Oakwood back a winning football team

The Richings Park Branch opted to sponsor their local U16 team Football team for 2014/2015. Josh Godfrey presented them with league winners medals from last season as well as a shiny new kit baring the Oakwood Logo. They won the double with successes in the league and cup. They not only won the double but did so with a 100% winning record. All the parents and other age groups were at Richings Park Sports Ground on Saturday to applaud the U16's as well as take part in the final pre-season training session.
