Pippa trained in Classical Hatha Yoga & Indian Head Massage and has recently returned to Bucks after working at a retreat in Spain. She is particularly interested in combining massage, yoga and mindfulness to help alleviate symptoms associated with stress, anxiety and sleep disorders. She is currently teaching in Gerrards Cross and Fulmer and is running a walking and yoga retreat on the Isle of Man from the 26th - 29th April.
