As we enter the final quarter of 2014!

Its been an exciting 2014 with introduction of the Governments Help to Buy Scheme at the beginning of year followed by the more recent Mortgage Market Review (MMR) which provided further food for thought for Lenders. We look to have a busy final quarter with the Summer Holidays over and the phones buzzing with valuations and plenty of viewings.
